Good Morning and happy Tuesday!
Hope you are all ok, and ready for another day. We would like you to start your morning marking yesterday's arithmetic sums.
Well done, now do 10 minutes reading. As we've said before you can read all sorts of texts- you could even try and find a recipe and have a look at the vocabulary and features.
This morning we are carrying on with dividing with larger numbers, but today we will need to do some exchanging. You will need to think back to how many ones are in a ten.
Follow the lesson slides below and watch the video when prompted.
Start today's lesson by completing the next sheet for either your word detectives or spelling work. If anyone is still unsure about this then please contact school or email year 3.
Hope you all managed to magpie some great vocabulary yesterday from the Nail Soup text. These will be really useful when it comes to writing our own stories in the coming weeks, so keep them safe. Below is a link to our washing line for Parts 2 and 3 so you can magpie from our sheet onto yours.
Please spend 10 minutes reading and 10 minutes on TTRS before this afternoon's lesson.
